Terms Of Service

The following list of items are things you, The Client, agree to and will comply with if you want to commission The Artist, Miezew:

  • The Artist is allowed to reject the commission offer if they are not comfortable with it.

  • Acknowledge that commissions are NOT ALLOWED to be reproduced, edited, drawn over, or the watermark removed. If the work is used publicly online in any way it must be extremely visibly credited to Miezew.

  • Please ask Miezew about specifics on commercial use. Only some commercial types are allowed however always assume that the art is NOT allowed for commercial use until proven otherwise.

  • Acknowledge that prices are non- negotiable and base prices may not be lowered unless decided by The Artist and the complexity of your request.

  • It is considered disrespectful to rush The Artist. Depending on real life events, a commissioned piece may take up to 1 month, but will usually take less depending on how large or small the commissioned piece is. Please refer to previous price sheets for more accurate TAT (turn around time).

  • The Artist will give frequent updates through the entire process including approving the sketch, lineart, base color, and shading/render. As The Client it is your responsibility to help The Artist with this process.

  • Method of payment is 50\50, meaning 50% of payment upfront, and second 50% after the final art piece is finished. If you as the client wish to pay using a different method, please ask Miezew and they will consider it. Once payment is received there will be NO REFUNDS at any point.

  • if you found this, you can use 15% off your commission by adding a star symbol anywhere in your dm/contact message! (minimum price $15)

  • All progress updates will be of lower quality and watermarked heavily unless the client prefers to pay upfront, then the high quality progress screenshots will be provided instead.

  • Any piece of artwork owned or drawn by Miezew is NOT ALLOWED to be used for AI training or NFTs.

  • Unless you, The Client, states directly to Miezew that you'd prefer not to, any and all commissions may be used for promotional material or as examples of their work, with proper credit to the commissioner where applicable.

How do I contact you for a commission?

Unless Miezew has already contacted you first for a potential commission, you will need to contact them through DMs, or by submitting through their Commission Form on their website. From there, you will communicate using your preferred method of communication.(Preferred DM methods include e-mail or Discord. IF USING DISCORD: DO NOT Friend Request unless you've notified miez through a differend social first.)
